Entering Harmel's Ranch Resort through our main gate is just the beginning of what we have to offer. All of our facilities are available to the guests staying here at the ranch. In the recreation room with free billiards, wi-fi & business center, big screen TV, puzzles & games, book nook, and a fantastic back deck right off the rec room overlooking the Taylor River. In our front yard we have the volleyball net set up and ready for your family to challenge one another to a game. We also have a football, soccer ball, and a croquet set available upon request. Horseshoes are located at the Chuckwagon Grounds across the river.

Across from the main gate you will find our expansive stables and tack house. Further back in the pasture is located a well stocked kids pond. Don't hesitate to stop by the office for directions or to rent a rod & reel. The fish in the stocked pond can be caught using bait and you can keep up to two fish per person per day.

The Hitchin' Post Pool and Spa Lodge is conveniently located in the central portion of the ranch and overlooks a sparkling outdoor heated swimming pool. This lovely setting nestled in a grove of trees also includes the spa with sauna, six-man hot tub, and one of our two therapeutic massage rooms. Plenty of open blue sky and ample decking with lots of chairs and loungers for sunning by the water.

Harmel's also has a great playground we call Fort Harmel located along the string of cabins #8 thru #11 and #28 thru #31. Of all we have to offer our guests, the great outdoors is our most precious. There are many spots throughout the ranch that allow you to enjoy the scenery. Harmel's stretch of the Taylor River is a sight to see. We have been steadily improving on the fishing habitat and our riverwalk. And past the dining room & saloon we have a couple of picnic tables and a hidden away hammock right by the river - a great spot to read a book or sneak in a nap after lunch.
